This is a link to my kinetic typography animation to an Old Spice commercial. I may possibly make a few minor changes if I have time a little later. But this is basically the final result. http://www.fall10.graphicinterfacedesign.com/students/kpeterso/anim/animation/

Resizable Background Image
I have often had ideas for websites that would incorporate using an image in the background of the design that would bleed off each edge with no white space and no scrollbars. Since different computer monitors use different screen resolutions, there is no set image size for a background image that can be used. This tutorial will teach how to place a background image that can scale and resize with the varying sizes of the browser window.
Below is an example of the final product.
In order for this to function properly, you must place a number of wrappers around the html image source. Each of these wrappers will be necessary to complete this successfully.
Now you must insert the following CSS code.

Site Critique
Riz MC’s site for his new album www.rizmc.com/lab is successful because of his use of imagery and interactivity. If you are visiting the site, you probably are a fan of his music and therefore enjoy the content of the site. Unless you found this site through The FWA. The navigation is fairly simple since it is nothing more than an interactive music video. Thus you simply select a beat and you get a short video clip that goes along with it. The music stands out the most and the design seems to work around and connect visually to that. The colors give it an experimental feeling. Which fits the concept the creator was trying for. Texture also sets this apart form other sites. It has a grungy sort of underground feeling to it. I love how the background border fits so perfectly with the rest of the content.
